Design
- Retain existing topography and vegetation
Existing topography, hydrology, soil, drainage and vegetation conditions shall be retained on undeveloped land.
- Screen rooftop mechanical equipment
All buildings shall be designed to enclose or otherwise screen from view all rooftop mechanical equipment, ducts, tanks, etc., including solar systems.

Minimum lot area: 10,000 square feet. Maximum lot coverage: 10 percent of the lot area. Open space: 70 percent of the lot area. No building in the O zone shall exceed a height of 25 feet.
