- Zone boundary determination
Zone boundaries use section lines, lot lines, right-of-way lines, street centerlines, city limits, or extensions. Street centerlines preferred when opposing sides differ. If a lot is in multiple zones, director determines applicable zone.
From the ordinance
Unless otherwise specified zone boundaries shall utilize section lines, lot or property lines, right-of-way lines, centerlines of streets, city limit lines, or extensions of such lines. Centerlines of streets shall be the preferred boundary when properties on opposing sides of a street are not within the same zone. Where a lot is located in more than one zone, the director shall determine which zone shall apply to the entire lot.
