- Parking reduction for change of use
When a use changes to one requiring additional parking, required parking is the new use's requirement minus the previous use's requirement, but not less than that difference.

Whenever a use of any building or structure or part thereof is changed to a use which requires additional parking, the total parking shall be provided for the new use in accordance with this section.
