The mobilehome park shall be designed and developed in a manner compatible with and complementary to existing and potential residential development in the immediate vicinity.

All yards and setbacks required for mobile home parks shall be landscaped and shall appear similar to conventional residential developments. The landscaping shall be permanently maintained and shall consist predominantly of drought-resistant trees and vegetation.
