The minimum distance between a one- or two-family dwelling and its accessory building or between such accessory buildings may be reduced to six feet if there is no conflict with subsection (C)(2) of this section.

The minimum distance between building walls around a court or between buildings on the same building site shall be one-half the total height of both buildings or opposite portions of the building forming a court, plus four feet for each opposite building wall exceeding one hundred feet in length.
