Recreation and leisure open space shall be provided for each residential development. The required minimum amount of recreation space is: 1. Five hundred sq. ft. per unit for the first ten units; 2. Four hundred sq. ft. per unit for units eleven through twenty; 3. Three hundred sq. ft. per unit for units twenty-one and above.
