- Gambling or gaming establishment
- Vape, e-cigarette, or tobacco sales
- Any home occupation involving the use of a vehicle, regardless of size, used in transportation of hazardous materials as defined in section 103 of the federal Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (49 C.F.R. Part 172, Subpart F)
- Sexually-oriented business
- Other activities and land uses which the zoning administrator determines to be materially similar to the activities listed above
