Parking

a credit may be granted by the zoning administrator of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the required off-street parking expected to be utilized by employees... The maximum credit which may be given the Transportation Demand Management programs in concert with other credits is thirty-five percent (35%) of the required off-street employee parking requirements plus ten percent (10%) of the customer or patron spaces.
