The allowable building height for single-family detached residential structures located in a Special Flood Hazard Area ... may be increased by one foot (1') for each foot the structure is elevated above the base flood level, not to exceed however a building height of forty-five feet (45'), subject to the following standards and requirements: (a) The minimum required front, side and rear building setback of structures constructed pursuant to this section shall be increased by one foot (1') for every one foot (1') of building height in excess of thirty-five feet (35').
