In residential districts, accessory structures shall have a minimum building setback of five feet (5') from a public street right-of-way with a recorded restricted access easement.

For existing through lots which are undeveloped, the front yard shall be oriented to the roadway with the lower traffic volume, unless in a non-residential zone or approved otherwise by the zoning administrator.

A minimum building setback of thirty feet (30') from a public street right-of-way shall be maintained, regardless of yard, unless a larger setback is otherwise required.
