- Boundary follows centerline
Boundaries indicated as following streets, highways, alleys, railroads, or waterways shall be construed to follow centerlines of such features unless specifically noted otherwise.
- Tidal water boundary
In instances where the zoning district line abuts tidal waters, the district line shall extend to the mean low water mark unless such tidal waters are otherwise placed in a zoning district.
