No accessory building or structure shall be located closer than five feet to any building. No accessory building or structure shall extend in front of the front building line of the principal building. No accessory building or structure may extend within five feet of any rear or side (interior) property line. The height of accessory buildings or structures in residential districts shall not exceed 22 feet or the height of the principal building, whichever is less. The height of accessory buildings or structures in nonresidential districts shall not exceed the height of the principal building. The maximum floor area of individual accessory buildings or structures shall be 50 percent of the floor area of the principal building. The combined floor area of all accessory buildings or structures on a lot shall not exceed 60 percent of the floor area of the principal building.
