Driveways may extend, provided that, to the extent practicable, they extend across rather than along the required yard. Circular driveways may cross the required yard twice. Recreational equipment (e.g., swing sets and basketball hoops) allowed in side and rear yards. Retaining walls allowed in all yards. Utility lines located underground and minor structures accessory to utility lines allowed in all yards.

Required yards must be unobstructed and unoccupied from the ground to the sky except that features are allowed to encroach into required yards to the extent indicated in the following table: Driveways, recreational equipment, retaining walls, utility lines.
