  • Method for measuring distances between uses

    If structures are present on both properties, the distance shall be measured between the nearest parts of the main use structures... If no structure is present on one of the properties, then the distance shall be measured between the nearest part of the main use structure on one parcel to the nearest property boundary line of the property without a structure. If no structure is present on either property, then the distance shall be measured between the nearest property boundary lines of each property.
