Floodplain

From the ordinance

The flood hazard districts shall include areas subject to inundation by waters of the 100-year flood. The basis for delineation is the DFIRM and FIS. No use, structure, fill, deposit, obstruction and/or storage of materials or equipment will be permitted that affects floodway capacity. Manufactured homes are prohibited.
