- Temporary dwelling during construction
One camper trailer, recreational vehicle, or manufactured home may be located on a temporary basis on the same lot for which a building permit is sought for construction of a permanent dwelling, subject to removal within 30 days of certificate of occupancy or 18 months after building permit, etc.
