• Curb and gutter required

  All streets shall be constructed with curb and gutter constructed in accordance to VDOT standards.

• Maximum cul-de-sac length1,200 ft

  Cul-de-sacs should not exceed twelve hundred (1,200) feet in length exclusive of the turnaround.

• Maximum number of street approaches at an intersection4 count

  No intersection shall have more than (4) street approaches.

• Minimum alley right-of-way width16 ft

• Minimum boulevard median width10 ft

  A boulevard type of street design providing a minimum ten-foot (10') wide median between lanes...

• Minimum cul-de-sac turnaround radius50 ft

  Cul-de-sacs or dead-end streets shall provide a terminal turn-around having a radius of not less than fifty (50) feet.

• Minimum means of ingress/egress for developments of 100+ units2 count

  All developments of one hundred (100) or more dwelling units shall have at least two (2) means of ingress and egress.

• Minimum offset between intersecting streets150 ft

  Off-set or jog streets shall be avoided unless the distance from centerline to centerline of intersecting streets is at least 150 feet apart.

  The right-of-way width for streets shall not be less than fifty (50) feet.
