Parking

From the ordinance

Minimum area required for a shopping center shall be five acres. Minimum setback from any property line shall be 50 feet. Off-street parking shall be provided on the premises at the rate of five parking spaces per 1,000 gross square feet for every shopping center facility 10,000 square feet in size or less. For shopping centers over 10,000 square feet, the parking requirement shall be four parking spaces per 1,000 gross square feet.
