From the ordinance
The minimum acreage for home enterprises shall be one acre. The accessory structure shall be located a minimum of 25 feet from the existing dwelling unit. Accessory structures used for home enterprises shall not exceed 600 square feet in size nor be more than 12 feet in height. Parking requirements shall be one for each outside employee other than family members or the applicant and one per 200 square feet of the accessory building.
