- Notice to property owner for determination letters10 days
When an applicant requests a written determination from the Zoning Administrator that is subject to appeal to the BZA, and the applicant is not the owner or agent of the owner of the real property subject to the written determination, written notice shall be given to the owner of the property within 10 days of the request.
- Duty to enforce minimum requirements
In enforcing the minimum requirements within zoning districts, the Zoning Administrator shall investigate any alleged violation, and, if it is determined that a violation does exist, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the person permitting or committing the violation to cease and/or correct such violation.
