ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT: A subordinate dwelling unit located on the same lot as a principal single-family dwelling that includes permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation. The accessory dwelling unit shall comply with the supplementary regulations set forth in § 180-30.2 of this chapter.
