- Applies to all lands within the unincorporated limits of Warren County identified as being in the special flood hazard area (SFHA) as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study adopted June 3, 2008.

These provisions shall apply to all privately or publicly owned lands within the unincorporated limits of Warren County and identified as being in the special flood hazard area (SFHA) by the Federal Insurance Administration or by the community.
