In residential districts there shall be a limit of one structure allowed within the special flood hazard area and the structure is to be used for storage of property maintenance, recreation equipment, or a pavilion and shall be composed of materials approved by the Planning Department. It shall be no larger than 200 square feet and shall meet the requirements for flood venting based on square footage of the structure and for anchoring.
