The placement of manufactured homes (mobile homes) is prohibited, except in an existing manufactured homes (mobile homes) park or subdivision.

Encroachments, including fill, new construction, substantial improvements and other developments shall be prohibited, with the exception of accessory structures used solely for storage of recreation equipment and property maintenance equipment as referenced in § 180-16K(3)(c).
