All lands within the unincorporated limits of Warren County identified as being in the special flood hazard area (SFHA) by the Federal Insurance Administration or by the community, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) adopted June 3, 2008.

Floodplain

  • No land shall hereafter be developed and no structure shall be located, relocated, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged or structurally altered except in full compliance with the terms and provisions of this section.
