Minimum lot area shall be 0.25 acre. Minimum lot width shall be 75 feet. Front: 20 feet. Rear: 20 feet for a principal structure; five feet for an accessory structure. Side: 15 feet for a principal structure; five feet for an accessory structure. Utility requirements: central water and sewer.
