Minimum lot area shall be two acres. The average development density shall be no more than one single-family dwelling/Class A manufactured dwelling per five acres. Minimum lot width shall be 200 feet. Front: 50 feet. Rear: 35 feet for a principal structure; 10 feet for an accessory structure. Side: 15 feet for a principal structure; 10 feet for an accessory structure.
