The fee for applications for special exceptions pursuant to this section shall be in the amount of five hundred sixty dollars ($560.00).
From the ordinance
To the extent provided by the regulations of any zoning district listed in section 102(a)(13), the city council may grant special exceptions in accordance with the alternative compliance provisions of the district to allow the development of new uses or structures, or additions to or alterations of existing structures, that do not conform to the uses or development standards otherwise permitted or required under the applicable district regulations.
