Height

Single-family dwellings, multi-family dwellings and duplexes that are raised or constructed to comply with the requirements of Appendix K, Floodplain Ordinance, may exceed the height requirements for the Zoning District in which they are located by the freeboard height required in the applicable floodplain district.
