The width of such a lot shall be determined by the following method. First, a straight line is drawn between the two (2) points where the side lot lines intersect the right-of-way line; second, a straight line is drawn from the center of curvature through the midpoint of the first line into the lot; third, a straight line is drawn perpendicular to the second line and a distance back from the right-of-way line equal to the required front yard in the applicable district. The length of this third line between the side lot lines is the width of the lot.
