Lighting

• Max fixture heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first. between 50-100 ft of residential20 ft

  The maximum height for any parking lot light poles and lighting fixtures for any site adjacent to a residential or apartment use shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in height between fifty (50) and one hundred (100) feet of the property line

  Lighting poles for commercial parking areas located within twenty (20) feet of a single-family residential property line shall be limited to landscape bollard style lighting with full cut-offs and shall be no taller than four (4) feet in height;

  In no case shall lighting fixtures be less than nine (9) feet or more than fifteen (15) feet in height above the sidewalk in pedestrian areas.
