Not less than ten (10) percent of the developable acreage of any recreational resort community shall be devoted to common recreational areas and facilities, such as playgrounds, swimming pools and community buildings.

Recreational resort community. (a) Minimum lot area. The minimum lot area of a recreational resort community shall be ten (10) acres. (b) Density. Density shall not exceed seven (7) units per acre. (c) Parking requirements. A minimum of one (1) parking space shall be provided for every unit. (f) Sewer system. The community shall be connected to the public sewer system.
