- B-4C mini-warehouse form
Mini-warehouses in B-4C shall be a multi-story fully enclosed mixed-use building. Such building shall include two (2) or more uses within the building. No storage units shall be located on the ground floor; however, a maximum of thirty (30) percent of the ground floor area may be used as storage related office and/or retail space.
The mini-warehouse facility shall be completely enclosed, except for necessary openings for ingress and egress, by a fence or wall not less than six (6) feet in height, except where prohibited by section 201(e)(1) of this appendix, and Category VI landscaping.
