- ABC license required
A valid license issued by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall be held by the establishment at all times, and the conditions of any such license shall be incorporated by reference into any conditional use permit.
- Alcohol sale hours
Unless expressly allowed by the conditional use permit, there shall be no sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises between midnight and 10:00 a.m.
- Live music restrictions
Live music shall be performed only inside the establishment and doors and windows shall remain closed during such performances, except during the actual ingress and egress of patrons and employees.
Parking
Off-street parking shall be calculated in accordance with the requirements of section 203.

In addition to general requirements, craft breweries shall be subject to the following provisions: (1) A valid license issued by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall be held by the establishment at all times, and the conditions of any such license shall be incorporated by reference into any conditional use permit authorizing a craft brewery.
