From the ordinance
In addition to general requirements, the following special requirements and limitations shall apply to car wash facilities in districts in which they are generally permitted: (a) No water produced by activities at the facility lot shall be permitted to fall upon or drain across public streets or sidewalks or adjacent properties; and (b) A minimum of three (3) off-street parking spaces for automobiles shall be provided for each car wash space within the facility, unless otherwise provided in the conditional use permit.
