Freestanding signs, including replacements of sign faces, shall display the street number of the property upon which the sign is located.

From the ordinance
Freestanding signs, including replacements of sign faces, shall display the street number of the property upon which the sign is located. Such display shall consist of numerals no larger than twelve (12) inches and no less than six (6) inches in height and shall be located within, but not extended above, the top portion of the face of the sign, unless impractical.
