From the ordinance
Temporary signs at the site of any public, charitable, educational, religious or other noncommercial event or function, located entirely upon the property on which such event or function is held. Such signs shall be (i) set back no less than seven (7) feet from the property line; (ii) no greater than thirty-two (32) square feet in area; (iii) allowed no more than thirty (30) days prior to the event or function and (iv) removed within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the event or function.
