    any such failure during any succeeding ten (10) day period shall constitute a separate misdemeanor offense for each ten (10) day period punishable by a fine of up to $7,500.

    Violation of Chapter 17 shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable by fine of not more than $250.00

From the ordinance

The penalty for any one violation shall be a civil penalty of not more than $200 for the initial summons and not more than $500 for each additional summons.
