All ground-mounted satellite antenna over four (4) feet in diameter shall be screened from adjoining properties by a wooden or masonry fence of six (6) feet in height or by a living screen of evergreen plantings not less than five (5) feet in height at the time of planting, planted no more than five (5) feet on center and of a variety which will mature to a height of at least six (6) feet.
