- Maximum adult guests
The number of adult (18 years of age or older) guests residing in a short-term rental unit shall not exceed the number of permanent bed spaces in the unit. Children under 18 years of age may be accommodated using cots or sleeper sofas in common areas and shall not exceed a maximum of four children.
