Landscaping & trees

  • Large street tree spacing40 ft

    One large street tree measuring a minimum of three to three and one-half inches in caliper at DBH shall be required every 40 feet on center or fraction thereof

All buildings, drives and parking areas, and stormwater detention and retention structures, and best management practices (BMP's) shall have a minimum 30-foot front, side, and rear yard setback from an adjacent public right-of-way designated as a Special Corridor Overlay District.
