For conventional option developments, the Ordinance does not establish a maximum or minimum number total permitted dwelling units, because total number of dwelling units will be governed by minimum lot size. For cluster, hamlet or TND option developments, no minimum lot size is required... Total permitted dwelling units shall be calculated as follows: D = P × (A - C - R)
