  • Minimum buffer depth50 ft

    A buffer strip of not less than 50 feet in depth shall be provided adjacent to all boundaries of a manufactured home park except those abutting a public street.

  • A manufactured home park shall have a minimum area of not less than ten acres.

  • Such areas shall in the aggregate consist of not less than 2,500 square feet for each planned manufactured home space within the manufactured home park.

    Tiedowns shall be provided on all manufactured homes.

From the ordinance

A manufactured home park shall have a minimum area of not less than ten acres. Each individual manufactured home site or space shall have within its perimeter a space which has an area of not less than 5,000 square feet and a width of not less than 50 feet. The average gross density of the entire MHP shall not exceed four living units per acre.
