- Minimum buffer depth50 ft
A buffer strip of not less than 50 feet in depth shall be provided adjacent to all boundaries of a manufactured home park except those abutting a public street.

A manufactured home park shall have a minimum area of not less than ten acres.

A preliminary site plan showing the proposed development plan for the manufactured home park shall be submitted with the application for rezoning.
- Skirting required
Skirting shall be provided around the base of every manufactured home.
- Storage tanks screened
Storage tanks and other outdoor utility facilities shall be screened from view.
- Tiedowns required
Tiedowns shall be provided on all manufactured homes.
From the ordinance
A manufactured home park shall have a minimum area of not less than ten acres. Each individual manufactured home site or space shall have within its perimeter a space which has an area of not less than 5,000 square feet and a width of not less than 50 feet. The average gross density of the entire MHP shall not exceed four living units per acre.
