Lighting

Lighting fixtures shall not exceed 15 feet in height in all residential and B-1 Zones.
Signage

One ground-mounted or building-mounted sign shall be permitted in a residential zone. Sign shall not exceed 20 square feet, shall be non-illuminated, and shall not have digital moving message boards.
From the ordinance
The minimum lot size shall be 10,000 square feet. Yards shall be as required in the zoning district, except that side yards shall be a minimum of 20 feet.
