Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the following schedule... Where the calculation of required parking spaces results in a fractional number, any fraction of one-half or more shall be rounded up... No required parking space shall be located in a required front yard in any residential district, except on a driveway... No driveway or curb cut shall exceed 30 feet in width...
