Along any street frontage of a nonresidential development, a landscaped strip of at least ten feet in width shall be provided, exclusive of driveways and access ways. The landscaped strip shall contain at least one canopy tree for each 40 feet of street frontage, or fraction thereof. Street trees shall be a minimum caliper of two inches at planting and shall be of a species approved by the town.
