From the ordinance
On a corner lot, a front yard, as required in the district, shall be provided along the street frontage defined as the front of the lot. In addition, side yards shall be required on the adjoining lot line and along the remaining street frontage as required by the district regulations. On a corner lot, a rear yard as required in the district shall be provided opposite the defined front yard. On through lots, other than a corner lot, there shall be a front yard as required in the district along each street frontage not defined as a side, and no rear yard shall be required.
