From the ordinance

minimum lot size shall be two acres. The minimum lot frontage width on a public street shall be 100 feet. maximum lot coverage shall be 25 percent. Front yard: 50 feet. Side yard: 20 feet. In the case of a corner lot, the minimum width of the side yard adjacent to the right-of-way shall be no less than 35 feet. Rear yard: 50 feet. maximum height limit for a building or structure is 35 feet.
