- Minimum requirements
The provisions of this chapter shall be construed to be minimum requirements, unless specifically indicated to the contrary.
- More restrictive requirement governs
Where a requirement imposed by this chapter is at variance with any other provision of this chapter or with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted regulation, the more restrictive requirement, or that which imposes the higher standard, shall govern.
- Permitted uses only
Permitted uses listed in the district regulations contained in article II, division 7 of this chapter, shall be permitted in the respective districts, provided they comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter. All other uses shall be prohibited.
