- Railroad right-of-way exemption
Railroad tracks, signals, bridges, and similar facilities on railroad right-of-way are exempt; railroad yards and shops are not exempt.
From the ordinance
Except where specifically provided for in this chapter, railroad tracks, signals, bridges, and similar facilities located on a railroad right-of-way shall be exempt from the regulations of this chapter. Such exemption shall not apply to railroad yards, railroad shops, and similar facilities.
